Install & activate eSIM on your device

IPhone Device (iOS):

Go to the settings of your device
Tap on “Mobile data”
Tap on “Add eSIM
Tap on “Use QR code” and scan the QR code you received from us by email
Follow the instructions on your device and wait until the eSIM has been activated
Activation of the eSIM can take up to 10 minutes.

After you have activated the eSIM, make sure that “Data roaming” is activated in the eSIM profile

Samsung Geräte (Android):

Go to the settings of your device
Tap on “Connections”
Tap on “SIM Manager”
Tap on “Add eSIM”
Tap on “Use QR code” and scan the QR code you received from us by emai
Follow the instructions on your device and wait until the eSIM has been activated
Activation of the eSIM can take up to 10 minutes.

After you have activated the eSIM, make sure that “Data roaming” is activated in the eSIM profile.
